About Us
Founded in 1947, Winton Players is one of the longest running Amateur Dramatics societies in Petersfield.

We are a busy group performing two plays and one pantomime every year at the Petersfield Festival Hall.

MORE THAN JUST ACTING
Acting is actually only a small part of what we do here at Winton Players!

As well as treading the boards you can direct, choreograph, build, paint, costume, produce, make-up, manage, work backstage and so much more - all of which is an absolutely crucial part of getting our shows onto the stage!

A large number of our membership support our productions off-stage in either a backstage or front of house role.

We also enjoy making the most of the social side of 'amdram' and our members take part in social events throughout the year including quizzes, special performances, workshops and much more!
THE WINTONS FAMILY
We are proud to be not only a society but a family network as well.
Our adult membership comprises some 90+ members ranging from 18 to 80 plus!
We also have an ever-growing, incredibly talented junior membership who meet every month for club nights and workshops and who join us on-stage as often as they can.
